Suzie and Sophie

Co-founders Sophie Bickerdike and Suzie Thomas met at Go Yoga, a hot yoga studio based in Harrogate founded by Sophie. Realising they were 'soul sisters' sharing the same beliefs and dreams about how exercise should make you feel, their Go Revolution dream began...

“We didn’t want to go to a class and get shouted at, intimidated or bored with the routine of it. We wanted somewhere inspiring to go and exercise.” Says co-founder Suzie Thomas – former physiotherapist. “We wanted a non-judgmental class that would give us a full body workout with a feel good party vibe!”

"We realised we needed to create an alternative to the fitness routines that felt like work and well, quite frankly, made exercise feel quite stressful and boring.".

Since running two ‘Go Yoga’ studios in Harrogate, co-founder Sophie Bickerdike realized the potential of bringing elements of yoga onto the bike after seeing more and more cyclists benefiting attending her workshops. “We’ve created a cardio-class that clears the mind of thought, just like a yoga class”

Their uniquely designed classes see riders pedal together to upbeat music and futuristic lighting, led by motivational instructors who foster teamwork and positive energy. The concept is to encourage anyone of any fitness ability to feel part of the pack in a fun atmosphere..

"We intend to bring our new fun cardio zen exercise to the people. Anyone can be an athlete, a rockstar, a warrior... we want our riders to come to us from all backgrounds, levels of fitness and experience. This is for everyone".
