Are your classes for all levels? What if I can't do everything?
Our Revolution and Theme classes are low-impact, high intensity full body workouts for all abilities. They are short 45 minute classes designed to fit easily into your day. We have also introduced, by popular demand, a beginner's GO STEADY RIDE for those totally new to indoor cycling. But the beauty of riding in the dark means that you are in control of your pace, resistance, speed and intensity. You won't find our instructors singling anyone out. The only person you are trying to be better than is the person you were yesterday. Our COLOUR RIDES focus more on your stats using our state of the art colour consoles. These rides are open to everyone as you set the console to your own personal ability..

How does the waitlist work?
When someone cancels the next person on the waitlist is automatically moved into the class onto the bike that was cancelled. You will receive an email immediately informing you of your place. There are more details on our waitlist here.
What if I need to cancel?
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy on classes. Up to 12 hours before you can cancel your class online or by contacting the studio by phone. Please see our Terms for full details of our cancellation policy
Can I share my pass with a friend?
Yes you can. Sharing passes is a great way to split the cost and to encourage each other to come to class. It's much more fun with friends! You both need to set up an account online, one of you purchase the pass (you need to sort that one out between you), then drop us an email and we will link your accounts up for you. Then you can both book on classes using your own accounts but they are deducted off the one pass. You can only choose one friend to do this with, so choose wisely as it's up to you to share your rides between you!
Do I need cycling shoes?
Cycling shoes clip directly into the pedals, which allows you to utilise the full revolution of the pedal stroke, engaging more of your muscles, hence improving your overall workout. It also provides more stability on the bike which helps with your safety. We provide you with complimentary cycling shoes however they are not compulsory and you can wear trainers if you prefer. You are welcome to bring your own cycling shoes - our pedals are SPD compatible.
What if I am late or need to leave early?
If you are not at the studio three minutes before the class starts, we may give away your place to someone on the waitlist. If you are running late, please call the studio to let us know so we can save your spot. To preserve the experience for the other riders and to ensure your safety of having a proper warm up, we will not allow anyone to enter the class after the first five minutes. If you need to leave early please let the instructor know.
Do you have changing rooms and lockers?
We include in your pass free changing facilities for men and women with showers, lockers, hairdryers and an array of products. Bath towels can be hired for £1. Our digital lockers are free to use.
Is there a minimum age restriction?
Riders must be over the age of 16 to ride unsupervised and anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form. Riders aged 14yrs and over can ride with parents or guardians on our Family ride on Saturday mornings.
Is there a height and weight restriction?
Maximum weight limit is 150kg and minimum height is 4'11".
Can I ride if I am pregnant?
We advise all our mothers-to-be to check with their GP first for advice before riding. You are advised not to ride in the first 12 weeks and particular care should be taken if you are not used to strenuous exercise. We do not advise you take up our classes during pregnancy unless you have been exercising regularly before becoming pregnant. If the GP advises that it is ok, please let the instructor know that you are pregnant at each class. You will be asked to sign a Pregnancy disclaimer and we will give you an advise sheet for riding whilst pregnant. You are responsible for the safety of yourself and your baby.
Can I ride if I am epileptic?
Please be advised that our studio does have flashing lights, which may cause seizures. Please advise us if you have epilepsy so we can make appropriate adjustments.
Do you do private sessions or parties?
We certainly do! If you would like a 1-to-1 session or to enquire about using our studio for a party or a group session, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you sell refreshments?
We certainly do! We have Juice bar where we sell a selection of cold drinks, Nespresso coffee and OTE bars. You can also order a healthy, cold smoothie before your class and it will be ready and waiting for you when you finish. Water can be purchased for £1 a bottle (please recycle your bottle in our recycle bin).
Do you do sports massages?
We have an experienced Sports Massage therapist who is available to provide sports massages after your rides or at a convenient time. Based in our upstairs studio ‘the Space’ it is the perfect location for you to grab a bit of self care and sort out those tight muscles.
